The Road to Affordable Health Care: Where do we go from here?

The cost of health care is a growing crisis that is harming individuals and families, businesses and the U.S. economy. We know that health care costs are driven by prices, waste and a payment system that incentivizes volume over value. We need to ask WHAT we can do about it here in Washington state.
